符合条件的学生可以使用 eCheck / ACH 或虚拟卡完成本地付款。学生能看到钱付给谁、为什么需要材料、现在由谁处理。Eligible students can make local payments through eCheck / ACH or virtual card options. Students can see who gets paid, why a document is needed and who is handling the payment.
身份、资金来源、付款用途和收款方仍要确认。我们减少的是重复上传、来回追问和不知道还要等多久。Identity, source of funds, payment purpose and payee still need confirmation. What we reduce is repeated uploads, follow-up loops and waiting without a clear next step.
为什么叫“无界易汇”Why the name UniEase
学生在国内收到家里的钱，在海外付学校、房东或指定商户。“无界”说的是这些地点和生活场景，“易汇”说的是钱从这里到那里少一点来回，把下一步写明白；实际汇出由持牌合作机构完成。这个名字不代表谁都能用、什么都能付。Students may receive family funds from China and pay an institution, landlord or permitted merchant abroad. The Chinese name speaks to those places and everyday needs, while Ease points to fewer follow-ups and a clearer next step. It does not mean anyone can pay anyone for anything.
英文名 UniEase 里的 Uni 来自大学生活，也有“在一起”的意思；Ease 说的是把没有必要的反复去掉。In UniEase, Uni points to university life and bringing the people involved together. Ease means removing repetition that serves no purpose.
我们的产品原则Our product principles
- 先说明谁可以使用、可以付给谁，再让学生开始。Explain who may use the service and who may be paid before a student starts.
- 每次要求材料都说明原因；已经确认的信息不再重复索取。Explain why each document is needed and do not ask twice for confirmed information.
- 产品、合作、技术与运营状态分别记录，适用条件随服务一起说明。Record product, partner, technical and operational status separately, with eligibility explained alongside the service.
