当前网站提供双语产品介绍、帮助、法律信息和两个联系表单；不提供用户账户、付款或材料上传。The current website provides bilingual product information, help, legal information and two contact forms. It has no user account, payment or document upload.
联系表单处理的信息Information processed by contact forms
用户主动提交表单时，我们处理姓名、联系邮箱、公司或机构（如填写）、咨询类别、主题、内容、语言、来源页面和同意时间，用于把咨询发送到正确的企业邮箱并回复。服务端还会处理请求 IP 的不可逆摘要、请求编号和字段长度，用于限流、安全和故障排查；应用日志不记录表单正文或完整邮箱地址。When a user submits a form, we process name, contact email, company or institution if provided, inquiry category, subject, message, language, source page and consent time to route and answer the inquiry. The server also processes a non-reversible request-IP digest, request reference and field lengths for rate limiting, security and troubleshooting. Application logs do not record the message body or complete email address.
表单不用于收集银行卡号、验证码、身份证件、学校材料、银行信息或付款数据。请勿提交这些敏感内容。The forms are not for card numbers, verification codes, identity documents, school records, bank details or payment data. Do not submit that sensitive content.
语言与清单进度保存在本地Language and checklist progress stay local
切换语言时，浏览器会保存 uniease-language；勾选付款准备清单时，浏览器会保存 uniease-checklist-v1，其中只包含十二个项目标识及其勾选状态，不包含姓名、账单或其他材料。这些值仅用于恢复本机页面状态，网站脚本不会把它们发送给我们。清除浏览器网站数据或点击清单中的“清空勾选”即可删除。The browser stores uniease-language when you switch languages and uniease-checklist-v1 when you use the payment checklist. The checklist value contains only twelve item identifiers and their checked state, with no names, invoices or documents. These values only restore page state on this device and are not sent to us by the website script. Clear browser site data or use “Clear checks” on the checklist to remove them.
数据用途与保护Data use and protection
我们仅在提供本业务所必需的范围内处理和使用相关信息，不会将其用于与本业务无关的用途。我们采取合理的技术和管理措施，防止信息被未经授权访问、泄露、篡改或丢失。We process and use relevant information only as necessary to provide this service and do not use it for unrelated purposes. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
我们当前未启用独立的用户行为分析、广告追踪器或第三方聊天组件。We currently do not enable separate behavioral analytics, advertising trackers or third-party chat components.
