现在可以付款了吗？Can I make a payment now?

可以先提交付款咨询并确认用途、收款方与材料。对应团队会根据地区、金额与资格提供下一步和可用入口；普通咨询表单不接收付款或敏感材料。You can start with a payment inquiry and confirm the purpose, payee and documents. The relevant team provides the next step and available entry point based on region, amount and eligibility. General inquiry forms do not accept payments or sensitive documents.

eCheck 已经可以开了吗？Is eCheck available now?

符合条件的学生可在完成资格与用途确认后申请开通。可用收款方、限额与费用以对应 eCheck 产品说明为准。Eligible students may apply after eligibility and purpose review. Available payees, limits and fees depend on the applicable eCheck product terms.

虚拟卡是不是信用卡？Is the virtual card a credit card?

不一定。虚拟卡可以是预付、借记或信用安排。只有正式发行方案提供信用额度时，才会使用“信用卡”描述。Not necessarily. A virtual card can be prepaid, debit or credit. We would call it a credit card only if the launched issuing arrangement provides credit.

支持哪些费用？Which expenses are supported?

包括学校学费、教育相关费用、房租与符合条件的学习生活支出。每类用途都需要明确收款方和相应凭证。Supported purposes include tuition, education costs, rent and eligible study or living expenses. Each purpose needs a defined payee and supporting evidence.

审核会比银行简单吗？Will review be simpler than a bank?

目标是更清楚、更少重复，而不是承诺更低标准或一定通过。结果仍取决于真实材料、适用规则和合作方要求。The goal is clearer review with less repetition, not lower standards or guaranteed approval. Outcomes still depend on authentic evidence, applicable rules and partner requirements.

汇率和费用是多少？What are the rate and fees?

汇率与费用会根据币种、金额、收款方和付款方式生成。确认前会同时显示汇率、服务费、可能的第三方费用、预计到账与有效期。Rates and fees are generated from the currency, amount, payee and payment method. Before confirmation, the quote shows the rate, service fee, possible third-party costs, expected delivery and expiry together.
